Alumina hollow insulation brick, also named Alumina bubble brick, is based on the alumina hollow ball and alumina powder as the main raw material, mixing with other binders by sintering at 1750 degrees high temperature. It’s a kind of new type high temperature thermal insulation materials, max working temperature can reach to 1800℃, meanwhile it’s mechanical strength is 3 times of common insulation bricks.
Bubble alumina bricks are widely used in the gasifier of petrochemical industry, reactor of carbon black industrial, induction furnace of metallurgical industry and other high temperature, ultra-high temperature furnace
